London McCabe was 6 years old and had autism. He was from Waldport, Oregon, where he was a kindergartner at Crestview Heights School. London McCabe died on November 3, 2014, when his mother allegedly threw him over the Yaquina Bay Bridge near Seal Rock, Oregon.
