Andrew Paul Carter was nine years old and had autism. Andrew was born on January 9, 2006 and lived in Plantersville, Alabama. He was playing on the train tracks near his home on May 12, 2015 and was struck by an incoming train. His parents are Paul Carter and Wendy Mull.
