Carter Kelb was four years old and had autism. Carter was born on March 3, 2011 and lived in West Chester, Ohio. Carter wandered away from his home on May 17, 2015 and his body was later found in a pond at the Arbors of Yankee Vinyards in Washington County, Ohio. His parents are Ryan Kelb and Priscilla Southers.
